Mobile Mixology ("we", "us") provides mobile bar services in the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you enquire about an event, why we collect it, where it is processed, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your event — occasion, date, start and end time, guest count, location, service type and any notes you add. If you exchange text messages with us, we keep those messages.
We do not collect payment card details through this form, and we do not ask for information about anyone other than you.
Why we collect it
To prepare and send you a quote, to answer your questions about your event, to follow up on your enquiry, and to arrange and deliver the service if you book with us. We also keep a record of enquiries for our own business administration.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box on our enquiry form, you agree to receive text messages from Mobile Mixology about your event enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can reply HELP for assistance.
Some replies you receive are generated automatically to answer your questions quickly. A person from Mobile Mixology reviews your enquiry and is available whenever you ask to speak to someone.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold, rented, or traded under any circumstances.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business — our form provider, our database and hosting provider, our text messaging provider, and the provider of the automated reply service. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide their service to us.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
Where your information is processed
Your information is stored and processed outside Canada — primarily in the United States, and in part in the European Union. Our database is hosted in the United States, our enquiry form is processed in the European Union, and our text messaging and automated reply providers operate in the United States.
While your information is in another country, it is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to that country's courts and law enforcement. If you would prefer to enquire without submitting the form, please contact us directly at info@mobilemixology.ca.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to run our business, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. The provider of our automated reply service retains the content of conversations for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. You may withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may withdraw consent to our use of your information by contacting us — though this may mean we can no longer provide you with a quote or service.
